Abstract

This study presents a training proposal for doctoral studies in engineering. It presents aspects related to the articulation between existing postgraduate training and the new program, the lines of research and existing infrastructure, and their relationship with the proposed curriculum, in order to respond to the current challenges required by doctoral programs in the R&D&I&E ecosystem, at the University, and in society. To this end, the study presents the articulation of the curricular aspects and syllabus of the doctorate with current master's programs and their lines of research, the distinctive features, competencies, and learning outcomes to respond to the institution's projection in the face of national and international trends.
