Abstract

The technological revolution of industry 4.0 has radically transformed the way in which companies operate and compete in the market, assuming positions in which universities become strategic allies that allow technological transfer, which contributes in a harmonious and constant manner to the strengthening of research and innovation within the different industries, for this reason the Digital Centers for Technological Development (CDDT) have become a fundamental part for innovation and the development of advanced technological solutions, generating the implementation of Management Systems Processes (SGP) become crucial to maximize operational efficiency, optimize resources and guarantee quality in the production and delivery of their digital products and services.
From there arises the launch of the Digital Center for Technological Development of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Cundinamarca, which seeks to execute research, innovation, development and service projects in the field of information and communications technologies. to improve productivity, competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of economic activities in the department of Cundinamarca, making it necessary to apply emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of things, big data, blockchain and augmented reality, among others. Properly taking advantage of its potential, there must be management systems that allow the coordination and optimization of internal processes, to allow modeling, automating, monitoring and continuously improving business processes, hence the creation of a Web system where CDDT processes are digitized. , increasing operational efficiency, by automating repetitive tasks and standardizing processes, reducing times and increasing productivity.
Furthermore, by providing real-time monitoring and control tools, possible deviations or bottlenecks can be identified and corrected, which contributes to more efficient execution of projects, considering that SGPs allow guaranteeing quality in technology transfer. by establishing clear standards and procedures, ensuring that the products and services developed meet customer requirements and expectations. Likewise, risk management and process documentation minimize errors and increase the reliability of the solutions developed, so the implementation of these Systems in the CDDT is related to the adaptation to the principles of industry 4.0, since Digitization, connectivity and automation are key to boosting the efficiency and competitiveness of companies, providing the necessary infrastructure to efficiently integrate and manage data, processes and resources in a business environment and where these systems can provide the infrastructure necessary to integrate and efficiently manage communication between internal and external clients of these organizations.
