Modelo logístico integral para envases y empaques vacíos de plaguicidas en el departamento de Boyacá

Resumen

Actualmente en el departamento de Boyacá se presenta un problema de no devolución y manejo inadecuado de los residuos de plaguicidas por parte de los agricultores y aplicadores de los agroquímicos. Debido a lo anterior, con el trabajo doctoral a desarrollar se pretende plantear un modelo para el funcionamiento de la red de logística inversa utilizada actualmente para la recolección y acopio de los residuos de plaguicidas, la cual se desarrollará por medio de un estudio de caso en el departamento de Boyacá y se seguirá una metodología donde en primera instancia se llevará a cabo una revisión literaria sobre los procesos que se están llevando a cabo a nivel mundial y nacional, seguido de un diagnóstico de cómo se está llevando a cabo actualmente el proceso de recolección y acopio de estos residuos agrícola, para posteriormente proponer una alternativa de mejora al proceso actual, teniendo en cuenta todos los actores que participan en dicho proceso. Igualmente, con el estudio se pretende crear un modelo referencial frente a la logística inversa de envases y empaques vacíos de plaguicidas, el cual pueda sirva como base para procesos de recolección y disposición final de estos residuos, debido a que hay una ausencia de estos modelos en la literatura específicamente para este tipo de residuos.
